Shipping Policy

At Kotton King, we assure you that you will receive your orders in a reasonable timeframe, and most importantly in excellent condition. Production Time
We specialize in producing bulk orders for customized clothing and accessories, so our production cycle usually takes 2 weeks to complete for production. During this period, we aim to tirelessly create and prepare your order, that meets your standards.
Shipping Time
If you are ordering products from within Singapore, then you would be able to happily receive your order within a week.
But to deliver orders to international addresses, it generally takes more than 15 days after the production and packaging procedures of your order are complete. But, this entirely varies depending on the customer destination and shipping procedures.
Shipping Costs
While calculating the shipping charges, there are some necessary points, that are considered, i.e., weight, destination, and package dimensions. Before you finalize your products, you will be able to see the precise shipping cost that you would need to pay. This shipping charge would be included for someone, who is ordering less than 100 units from us. If you are someone, who is bulk purchasing 500+ goods, then your shipping costs are on us, and you are exempted from paying that.
Packaging
Our team at Kotton King makes sure to pack your products with great care, to ensure that they arrive at their destination in pristine conditions. The packaging materials we choose to meet the industry standards, and it will make sure that the products remain safe during the transit time, and leave a minimal impact on the environment. Some of the procedures that we follow for packing are:-

While packing delicate items such as mugs, protective materials such as cushioning are provided to them while packing, so that they do not break while transporting.
Every package we dispatch consists of a seal and is well-labeled.
Tracking Order

Orders and Payments
All the items, made by Kotton King are order-based. They are strictly created as per the design and specifications demanded by the consumer. So, before checking out for making payments, we would advise the customers to recheck whether all the customization data provided by them is correct or not.
After the order is placed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This e-mail will contain, all the information about the transaction, hence acting as proof of order.
As the products we sell, are entirely customization-based, so we would like our customers, to pay us the entire payment amount at the time of checkout itself. We offer different payment modes, such as; internet banking, and debit & credit card payments.
We guarantee the safe handling of all your credit card details. We follow industry-standard encryption, through which we protect all your card details.
Shipping and Delivery
Our standard turnaround time includes two weeks of production and an extra fifteen-day tenure for shipment. But, this delivery tenure could differ according to the location, where you live.
The destination, package weight, and package dimensions are some factors that are used to determine the shipping fees. The shipping expenses will be borne by the customer if they order less than 500 pieces from us. But, if your order exceeds more than 500 pieces, the shipping costs are on us.
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details as soon as your order gets shipped.
Returns and Refunds
The products we sell are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their customized nature.
But, as the customer, if you face any issue regarding the performance or quality of purchases, then you may get in touch with our customer support team.
